"Definitely a 5 star review for front of house"

Called J Bathe for commercial service and spoke with Dan. Dan was really nice and let me know that they do not handle commercial services at this time but offered a recommendation. Have to say I wish they did commercial because the initial impression on the phone was great. Don't know how their field guys are but definitely a 5 star review for front of house.

"They went above and beyond doing the repairs"

Our homes electrical panel caught fire. J Bathe was so easy to work with in repairing our home wiring. They went above and beyond doing the repairs. The cost of repairs was reasonable. ( Below the estimate submitted to the insurance company so our deductible disappeared. How awesome it that.!!) Would highly recommend, and will be calling them for any further electrical work.

Kudos to Dan, the Service Manager for excellent customer service. I was having an issue with my EV charger for my car. Dan personally came to the house and addressed the issue in a very timely manner. Stellar customer service !

We have had an electrician from J. Bathe over to our house twice now, and both times we were blown away by him and his work! His name is Tim Williams, and he was amazing. You can really tell that he is an expert electrician! Every time he has come out he explains not only what he thinks should be done, but WHY it is the best option! As a new homeowner, I really appreciate it! This last time we had him over was the Friday before the 4th of July, a trash truck snagged our power line and brought it down. I called J. Bathe and within an HOUR Tim was there and ready to work! He spent 5 hours in 100+ degree heat, fixing our meter box so we would have power during the hot weekend! This man is so hardworking, he didn't stop the whole time he was there, even though I'm sure he would have rather been home with his family! I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, we are supremely happy with the quality and professionalism he displays! I definitely plan on calling Tim and J. Bathe for any other electrical needs, and recommending him to everyone I know who might need an electrician too! Thank you so much Tim!

"We could not be happier with the whole process"

Mike Velasco showed up at 730 am right on time and went to work immediately, did not take a break or lunch or stop until he was done at 430 pm. It was a lot of work and he knew exactly what he was doing without question and polite, respectful attitude about everything. "Would definitely consider contracting with J. Bathe for all of our electrical needs"

J. Bathe installed the Tesla Charging station at my home in July of 2020 (recommended by Tesla) and did a very professional job at a very reasonable price. When I started experiencing an issue with reduced amperage a few weeks ago, Dan Mayberry was quick to respond and met me at my house the SAME DAY to replace the breaker and assess the situtaion. He is an excellent representative for J Bathe. I own a few businesses in the Chesterfield Valley, and would definitely consider contracting with J. Bathe for all of our electrical needs if they had a commercial division.

From the initial contact with the J Bathe team to the completion of my electrical project in my garage has been flawless. Communication between me and Sherry in the office and on site guy has been the best I've experienced in a long time. She followed up every step of the way and got everything scheduled for me. The workers were on time and completed the project pretty quick. The guy in charge on site was attentive and listened to my request and project. If he had a question, he didn't hesitate to reach out.
